Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Strategic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. The SDR will play a pivotal role in generating pipeline from our highest value leads in NoAM Retail. The SDR will work closely with both marketing and sales teams to generate qualified opportunities, ultimately helping us meet our revenue and growth goals.

What you’ll be doing
  • Proactively identify and target strategic accounts using a mix of research, industry trends, and internal tools.
  • Qualify strategic inbound and partnership leads to ensure they meet the ideal customer profile (ICP).
  • Conduct in-depth outreach through calls, emails, social media, and other channels to generate qualified leads.
  • Leverage CRM tools and data analytics to track leads and pipeline progress.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand business goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for each target segment.
  • Assist in building and refining sales strategies for top-tier prospects and key verticals.
  • Continuously evaluate market trends, competitors, and customer pain points to tailor outreach strategies effectively.
  • Leverage insights from conversations to understand client needs and pain points, feeding this information back to the sales team.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads, meetings booked, and other key performance metrics.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation activities, sales efforts, and key account progress.
What you need to bring
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales development or sales support role, preferably in a B2B SaaS, technology, or enterprise-focused environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles, sales methodologies, and lead qualification frameworks.
  • Ability to build relationships quickly and strategically with potential clients.
  • Self-starter with a proactive, can-do attitude and a passion for driving results.
  • Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • As a global company with employees and clients outside of Quebec, fluency in English as a working language is required for this position.
