Job summary

EY in Montreal seeks an experienced Manager to lead the Risk, Process & Controls practice within a global advisory network. You will guide projects spanning ERM, ORM, TPRM, digital and data risk, IT security and GRC, and help clients strengthen internal controls and risk management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6-8 years in risk and controls with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• CPA/CIA/CISA/CISM or equivalent desirable.
• Consulting and client service experience is desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver risk services across ERM, ORM, TPRM, Digital and Data Risk Management programs.
• Oversee IT security, GRC, IT governance and control assessments.
• Plan and manage internal audit and SOX engagements aligned with client risk strategies.
• Develop and maintain client relationships with a focus on value delivery.
• Coach and develop team members; foster a culture of learning and growth.
• Support business development through proposals, client presentations and networking.
• Stay current on digital risk trends and regulatory changes to advise clients.
