Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to join our Digital Risk team within Risk Consulting. You will lead a team delivering IT risk and controls assessments, focusing on GRC, ERP, IT security, cloud adoption risk, and emerging technologies. You will build client relationships and ensure high‑quality deliverables.

You will coach staff, drive business development, and stay ahead of regulatory requirements and digital risk trends to provide strategic value to clients and protect their operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8 years in risk management, IT security, controls, cloud risk or related field with at least 2 years in leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or Accounting & Finance (or equivalent).
• Professional accounting/audit designation (CPA/CISA/CISM) desirable].

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver projects related to IT security, GRC, IT governance and risk assessments.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate digital risk management into programs.
• Consult with leadership on digital risk management strategies and frameworks.
• Coach and develop team members and foster continuous learning.
• Assist with business development, including proposals and client presentations.
• Stay abreast of emerging digital risks and industry trends to provide forward‑thinking advice.
