Call for Expression of Interest

Canadian Foodgrains Bank is a partnership of 15 Canadian churches and church-based agencies working together to end global hunger.

We are looking for expressions of interest and proposals from consultants with expertise in cash and voucher (CVA) program implementation to lead a strategic review of our CVA programming.

You will review and reflect on our design and implementation processes, lead report writing and documentation of network learnings, and give the Foodgrains Bank network guidance on how to strengthen our capacity for effective CVA implementation.

If you bring a minimum of 10 year’s experience in project/program evaluation, a master’s degree in a relevant field, and strong evaluation and writing skills, we want to hear from you.

This review will be carried out between June and December 2025, with a budget of $45,000 CAD.
