Position Overview

As we grow, we seek a Strategic Partnership Manager to oversee restaurant partnerships, set strategic objectives, and work cross-functionally to ensure success. You will focus on partner satisfaction, performance, and policy updates, impacting our company's growth.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales and account management to understand client needs and coordinate with restaurant acquisition teams.
  • Assist with onboarding and maintain updated onboarding information.
  • Coordinate with operations to address restaurant issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage the sales and onboarding cycle, including contracts and messaging.
  • Support high-value partners working across multiple services.
  • Ensure restaurant partners maximize sales across all hungerhub services.

Qualifications

Minimum proven experience in the restaurant or catering industry, preferably in a strategic or leadership role. Additional qualities include :

  • Passion for food and customer service.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships.
