Job summary

The Canadian Centre of Recovery Excellence (CoRE) is seeking a Business Coordinator to support the Applied Research and Evidence Team (ARET). This role ensures research and evaluation activities are coordinated and monitored to meet organizational requirements, preparing executive reports and concise leadership materials.

The role focuses on ARET activity but may assist other areas to ensure operational excellence, governance, and timely delivery of priorities, including governance, budgeting,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and equivalent combinations of education and experience.
• Experience coordinating business processes within a team and tracking projects.
• Experience preparing reports, briefing materials, and presentations.
• Experience supporting finances, procurement, contracting, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Divisional operational support: develop and monitor annual plans, priorities, and workplans.
• Coordinate project tracking, risk registers, milestones, and leadership updates.
• Prepare executive reports and concise leadership materials for ARET.
• Support governance, contracts, procurement, and stakeholder engagement activities.
