• 2–4 years of recent related project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides project coordination within the FH Information Management portfolio under the supervision of a Project Manager.
• Coordinates cross-functional teams and resources to support project milestones and deliverables.
• Assists in developing and refining IM operational processes and project standards/guidelines.
• Monitors project scope, timelines, budgets and reports on status; supports benefits realization assessments.
• Ensures alignment with Fraser Health Strategic Plans and published project standards.

Education
