We’re seeking a creative and strategic-minded Strategic Programs Director to develop new business opportunities and growth strategies within our pharmacy solutions. Reporting to the VP of Provider Solutions, you will leverage your healthcare experience—including pharmacy, pharmaceuticals, health technology, and consulting—to identify untapped markets and drive revenue.

What You’ll Do
  • Identify, evaluate, and launch innovative revenue opportunities in pharmacy solutions, EMRs, insurance, pharma partnerships, retail pharmacy chains, and healthcare banners.
  • Lead strategic initiatives to expand and monetize our market leadership in EMRs and Pharmacy Management Solutions.
  • Seek AI-driven growth opportunities, developing strategies to accelerate existing solutions and explore new business models.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to align and execute growth strategies.
  • Build relationships and strategic alliances with Pharma, Insurance, retail pharmacy chains, EMRs, and healthcare tech providers.
  • Create business cases and financial models to present opportunities, ROI, and benefits to executives.
  • Support the Payvider business unit by identifying synergies in Health Benefit Management, claims adjudication, and related services.
Qualifications

What You Bring

  • Extensive experience in pharmaceuticals, retail pharmacy, healthcare technology, or healthcare consulting.
  • Proven success (10+ years) in healthcare growth opportunities, especially in Pharmacy and EMR ecosystems.
  • Strategic thinker with ability to articulate new business opportunities to leadership.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare tech trends, market dynamics, AI, and data monetization.
  • Experience in building and maintaining strategic partnerships.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to develop business cases and financial impact analyses.
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills for navigating organizations and fostering collaboration.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees preferred.

Salary Range: $118,000-$178,000

Performance Bonus/Sales Incentive: 30%
