Job summary

Sandvik Group in Canada is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead regional sourcing, supplier management, and inventory optimization for Ground Support facilities across Canada. You will develop and execute strategies to improve supplier performance, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.

Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Logistics to ensure OTIF logistics, accurate planning, and dashboards for spend, savings, and performance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership in supply chain, procurement, and logistics within a multinational environment.
• Proven experience in supply chain management at regional or global level.
• ERP and data analytics proficiency (Power BI) preferred.
• Bilingual English/French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional sourcing strategy with Ground Support global ops.
• Establish strong supplier relationships and onboarding standards.
• Create supplier scorecards and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with procurement governance and trade regulations.
• Oversee warehousing, transportation, distribution, and trade compliance.
• Drive inventory control, safety stock, and lead time reduction.
• Develop dashboards to monitor spend, savings, and risks.
