Job summary

BBE in Canada is seeking an experienced Procurement & Sales Specialist to support operations, customers, and partners. You will source, procure, quote, and coordinate logistics to ensure on-time delivery and value.

The role emphasizes supplier relationship management, cost optimization, and cross-functional collaboration, with strong attention to compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• University or Technical school degree in commerce, supply chain, or another relevant discipline preferred.
• 8-10 years' experience sourcing and managing vendors.
• 4-5 years’ experience with external customer service.
• Product knowledge of industrial MRO and lubricants is an asset.
• Proficient with Maximo and Oracle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and purchase goods, materials, components or services in line with cost, quality, and delivery targets.
• Bid evaluation and preparation of quotes for customers.
• Assist with evaluating suppliers and managing performance improvement activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and customer requirements.
