Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a strategic and customer-focused Portfolio Manager to lead the Manufacturing and Transportation solutions portfolio. You will define and execute portfolio strategy, lead a team of Product Managers, and collaborate across a global matrixed organization spanning engineering, operations, sales, marketing, and finance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in related roles; an MBA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in portfolio management, product management, offering management, or related technology leadership roles.
• MBA or advanced degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute portfolio strategies, roadmaps, and lifecycle plans for Manufacturing and Transportation solutions.
• Curate hardware-led offerings enhanced by software, services, and partner ecosystems.
• Define requirements, business cases, investment priorities, and growth strategies.
• Create compelling value propositions, competitive positioning, and “Why Lenovo Wins” narratives.
• Gather customer and market insights to shape roadmap and portfolio decisions.
• Lead customer engagements, executive presentations, industry events, and investment pitches.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to successfully launch and scale offerings.
• Manage portfolio performance, business metrics, and investment priorities. Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers.
