Job summary

Airbus Atlantique Canada seeks a PSL Director to oversee planning, supply, and PC&L activities in Mirabel. You will coordinate S&OP, inventory strategies and supplier performance while leading cross-functional teams to meet production needs.

The role requires 10+ years in aerospace supply chain leadership, bilingual French/English, and a strong track record in transformation and continuous improvement. Flexibility in work arrangements is supported.

Qualifications

Over 10 years of experience in Supply Chain operations.
Strong senior management experience in the aerospace industry.
Bachelor's degree in a field related to the supply chain; Master's degree is an asset.
Fluent bilingualism (French and English).

Responsibilities

Plan and lead detailed PSL planning and S&OP processes.
Define ordering strategy and parameterize ERP to guarantee continuity and inventory optimization.
Monitor demand and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to stabilize signals to suppliers.
Manage lifecycle of manufacturing orders and inbound/outbound logistics including transport.
Lead continuous improvement and transformation initiatives across the plant.
