Job summary

DIALOG in Toronto is seeking a dynamic People & Culture Manager to partner with Studio leaders, driving talent, culture and organizational effectiveness. You will lead strategic initiatives, grow employee experiences, and advance a high-performing workplace across a distributed team.

You will collaborate with Partners and leaders to shape talent strategies, performance development, and workforce planning, while fostering inclusion and a strong employer brand. A CHRP designation is an asset.

Qualifications

• Strategic HR partner with leadership experience.
• Experience in talent management, performance and employee engagement.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across levels.
• Data-driven approach using people analytics to inform decisions.
• CHRP designation or progress toward one is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with Partners, leaders, and coaches as a strategic advisor on people strategies.
• Align people priorities with business goals and foster an engaging, inclusive studio culture.
• Guide leaders on employee relations, performance, development, and engagement.
• Deliver firm-wide talent strategies and programs for client groups (talent acquisition, development, retention).
• Lead culture-building initiatives and collaborate to strengthen the employer brand locally and nationally.
