Key Responsibilities

As our Strategic Partnership Manager, you play a key role in driving the growth and success of our clients. You'll be responsible for optimizing client campaigns, analyzing performance data, and developing strategies to maximize results. Your expertise ensures our clients achieve their goals while also contributing to Leads.io's core business revenue.


Other responsibilities:
  • Develop, manage, and scale revenue across a dedicated portfolio of accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Oversee post-sale client operations, acting as the key liaison between clients and internal fulfillment teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Monitor account health, proactively identifying and mitigating cancellation risks with creative solutions
  • Address client concerns and provide valuable insights to Sales, Product, and Marketing teams
  • Manage production, development, administration, and creative requirements
  • Lead day-to-day client activities, including status meetings and ongoing communication
  • Offer highly responsive product, technical, and creative support
  • Develop and deliver performance reports, leading strategic discussions to enhance campaign outcomes
  • Ensure timely implementation of campaign strategies, adjusting when needed to optimize performance
  • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable recommendations for improvement
  • Train clients on campaign elements and reporting tools to maximize their success
  • Act as a super user in product development projects as needed
