About the Role

We are hiring a Strategic Partner Manager for our Business team to oversee business-focused sellers on our platform. Responsibilities include analyzing business insights, recommending growth strategies, implementing operational processes, managing stakeholders, and selling new offerings. You will collaborate with Product, Finance, Marketing, Legal, Operations, and Partnerships teams to expand our capabilities in the supply chain sector.

The Instacart Business & Supply Chain team focuses on serving the entire supply chain ecosystem with innovative technology and labor solutions, shaping our market presence and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with existing distributors and onboard new partners.
  • Understand Instacart’s operations, strategies, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies for distributors.
  • Lead cross-functional projects across various teams.
  • Oversee operational processes like catalog setup, marketing, and support for new partners.
  • Analyze data to generate insights and scalable strategies.
  • Improve team operations with effective processes and reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders to enhance partner performance.
You Are

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5-7 years in consulting, account management, or supply chain roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting large datasets.
  • Excellent communication skills for clear, concise action plans.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive results in dynamic environments.
  • Proven project management skills across functions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with distributors, manufacturers, or retail partners.
  • Negotiation skills and ability to structure partnerships.
  • Deep understanding of partner business models in supply chains.
  • Self-starter with creative problem-solving skills.
  • Presentation skills for engaging executives.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and proactive in solving undefined problems.

This role is remote, based in Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, or Nova Scotia, with a salary range of CAD 153,000 - 170,000, depending on experience and location. Benefits include competitive compensation, equity grants, and flexible work policies.
