Our client, a company that specializes in touchless biometric identification using face recognition and temperature detection to enhance security, health, and productivity for businesses, is currently seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage, supervise, and coordinate the work of production staff, including assemblers, fabricators, inspectors, and testers.
  2. Establish and implement work methods to improve efficiency and productivity.
  3. Develop work schedules, coordinate activities with other departments, and ensure deadlines are met.
  4. Understand engineering procedures, production operations, procurement, and warehousing.
  5. Train new employees and provide ongoing training on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  6. Evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and recommend personnel actions such as hiring or promotions.
  7. Identify and resolve work-related issues, and recommend solutions to improve productivity and product quality.
  8. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
  9. Prepare production and other operational reports as needed.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management within an electronics manufacturing environment.
  2. Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing processes.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant computer skills.
  4. Customer-focused with a laser-sharp attention to delivering results.
  5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  6. Well-organized, responsible, and adept at problem-solving.
  7. Team player with a high level of dedication.
  8. Degree or diploma in business administration, engineering, or a relevant field.
  9. Willingness to travel as required.
  10. Ability to attend and conduct presentations.
  11. Flexibility to shift focus quickly as needed.
