As we build our first Commercial Demonstration Unit and ramp up commercial sales, we’re searching for a Strategic Operations Associate—a first-of-its-kind role for our fast-growing team.

What You’ll Do

• Be the CEO’s Right Hand: Manage complex scheduling, travel, and confidential matters for the CEO, ensuring the executive team runs at peak performance.
• Engage with Our Investors: Research potential investors, prepare compelling decks and reports, and help maintain strong relationships with current and prospective partners.
• Deliver Strategic Insights: Conduct business analysis, support project coordination, and help prioritize initiatives that move the company forward.
• Amplify Our Brand: Manage social media presence, support marketing campaigns, and ensure our brand story is clear and consistent.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams on strategic projects and operational execution.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus
• 5 years of relevant experience (operations, consulting, finance, or marketing)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and presentation tools
• Curiosity about finance, operations, and marketing—and a desire to grow into senior leadership

The pay range for this role is:
