Job summary

Winpak Ltd. is seeking a Customs & Trade Compliance Manager based out of Winnipeg, Montreal, or Toronto to lead our North American program.

You will guide tariffs, classifications, and regulatory requirements, partnering with cross-functional teams to reduce costs while ensuring compliance across packaging operations. The role requires deep knowledge of NA trade agreements, certification credentials, and proven ability to drive training and continuous improvement across Canada, the U.S., and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in customs compliance or international trade.
• Certification such as CCS or CTCS preferred.
• Knowledge of Canadian and U.S. customs regulations and NA trade agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the customs and trade compliance program across Canada, the United States, and Mexico.
• Partner with procurement, supply chain, and operations to manage trade costs and risk.
• Develop training on customs and trade topics.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise on actions.
• Collaborate with agencies and customs brokers.
