• Serve as the executive liaison, providing access to Caterpillar leadership and resources.
• Lead global customer programs and incentives with governance and compliance.
• Enable regional and dealer growth through cross-functional collaboration.
• Identify opportunities to expand customer value and drive growth.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and business performance to ensure outcomes.
