lululemon is seeking a Planning-focused analyst to drive category sales targets, gross margin, and inventory planning. You will partner with Merchants and Retail teams to forecast receipts, boosts, and assortment plans across regions.

The role requires strong data analysis, Excel mastery, and merchandising system experience, with a focus on preserving guest experience while delivering profitable sales growth.

Formación

• Four-year college degree or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years proven experience with data analysis.
• Previous experience with merchandise and planning systems.
• Expert knowledge of Excel is required.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Merchants to develop pre-season sales, margins, receipts and inventory.
• Develop category assortment plans by country and program; project item inventory flow.
• Analyze performance, revise in-season plans, and advise on profitability and inventory.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis to drive business goals and identify risks and opportunities.
• Engage in various projects and pursue self-improvement opportunities.
