Responsibilities

• Develop strategies and annual plans into actionable roadmaps with the team.
• Manage daily workflows, scheduling, and QA to ensure on-time delivery.
• Act as primary day-to-day contact for clients on assigned accounts.
• Prepare status updates and reports; manage briefs and approvals.
• Oversee asset handoffs and trafficking timelines; ensure delivery to spec.
• Support client onboarding and new campaign launches.
• Maintain QA checklists and delivery governance to reduce errors.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to protect timelines.
