DIALOG is seeking a seasoned Marketing and Business Development Lead to drive strategy and pursue opportunities in Private Sector markets, including mixed-use and hospitality. You will manage submissions, content, and asset planning while coordinating with senior leaders to win strategic projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in marketing and business development, with complex pursuits and proposals.
• Experience in AEC or similar B2B professional services is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; strong relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Develop market strategy and annual budget for private sector practice groups.
• Manage pursuit pipeline, submissions, and content/asset planning.
• Lead or collaborate on RFPs, RFQs, and go/no-go decisions.
• Coordinate communications plans for practice groups and raise visibility.
