The role emphasizes requirements elicitation, solution analysis, and process improvement to strengthen reporting capabilities within a fast-paced, heavily regulated banking environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field and 5+ years IT experience.
• Strong data analysis skills with SQL and Excel.
• Familiarity with capital markets and risk platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical specifications for the development team.
• Support full software development lifecycle and ensure regulatory obligations are met.
• Elaborate use cases, process models, and data flow diagrams to articulate functionality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technology solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
• Monitor, support production issues and ensure reliable, scalable designs.
