• Plan, supervise, and coordinate all logistics activities including receiving, shipping, warehousing, and inventory turnover.
• Coordinate internal procurement to prepare materials for production orders.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, age, turnover, receipts, and shipments.
• Analyze and manage inventory reconciliation issues in systems.
• Manage department performance and seek solutions to improve productivity and quality.
• Supervise department employees.
• Assess workforce needs and optimize material flow to support production pace.
• Oversee transportation and customs-related activities and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Promote and enforce occupational health and safety standards.
• Collaborate closely with various departments to deliver quality service.
