Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate II for Woodstock, Ontario. The role centers on planning driver routes and delivering exceptional support to drivers and client representatives in a busy transportation environment.

You will manage daily logs, resolve issues, and coordinate schedules and maintenance, contributing to safe, efficient deliveries and high-quality service. Shift: Mon-Fri and Sun-Thu 3pm-11:30pm.

Qualifications

• College degree or technical certification in logistics, supply chain, or transportation.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service support to drivers and client representatives in a transportation environment.
• Investigate and resolve daily delivery, inventory, equipment, employee and customer issues.
• Plan daily routing and related activities for efficient operations.
• Schedule repairs and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Prepare manifests and delivery logs for the warehouse and communicate route changes.
• Ensure emergency orders are delivered within expected timeframes.
• Review routing systems to ensure stops are completed efficiently.
• Assist in quality control, payroll, and driver-related reports as needed.
• Allocate daily workloads and drivers using the appropriate systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations and propose improvements.
