A leading food delivery service in Toronto is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Manager to drive business growth and improve logistics outcomes. The ideal candidate will excel in strategic thinking and data analysis, with strong communication skills to influence stakeholders. This hybrid role allows working three days onsite and two days from home, offering a dynamic environment supported by a committed and inclusive culture.

The Strategic Initiatives Manager will proactively identify, plan, and execute initiatives to drive business growth, profitability, and network outcomes in Canada Logistics with the goal to grow the business, drive profitability, and improve network outcomes. They will own multiple concurrent initiatives, setting strategy and ensuring alignment with overall Logistics goals. Responsibilities include defining, communicating, measuring, and improving market OKRs, collaborating with the Global team to advocate for local success, and leveraging a strong understanding of Logistics for recommendations.
The ideal candidate excels at strategic thinking, data analysis, and prioritizing multiple tasks. They possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to articulate recommendations, promote vision at the executive level, and motivate partners. Finally, they will be a Logistics thought-leader, staying updated on market trends to identify opportunities and contribute to global best practices.
Location: Hybrid- 3 days a week from our Toronto office & 2 days working from home
Reporting to: Senior Manager, Strategic Initiatives - Logistics
MBA or equivalent work experience with a Bachelor’s degree
