Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience; new graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate what matters clearly.
• Ownership mindset with limited direction and proactive input.
• Genuine enthusiasm for learning how businesses, markets, customers, and products work.
• Exposure to B2B SaaS, consulting, startups, or cross-functional teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research industry trends, market segments, competitors, and customer needs to uncover business opportunities.
• Support strategy development with rigorous research, data, insights, and hands-on execution.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on market and competitive research.
• Take ambiguous business questions, structure the problem, gather evidence, and recommend practical next steps.
• Build presentations, briefing documents, analyses, and other materials to aid decision making.
• Own high-impact, cross-functional projects as priorities emerge.
• Turn learnings into action rather than stopping at analysis.
