123Dentist is seeking a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis – Value Creation to join the Finance team in Canada. You will sit at the intersection of finance, strategy, and operations, partnering with senior leaders to shape investments and growth initiatives, and to build forward-looking models that inform strategic decisions.

You'll lead budgeting, forecasting, value creation tracking, and ROI analyses, translating complex data into clear narratives for the board and executives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance or Economics is required.
• MBA/CPA/CFA certification is preferred.
• Advanced financial modeling skills and ability to build dynamic models.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles across teams.
• Drive long-range and strategic planning.
• Own value creation tracking and ROI analyses.
• Conduct investment and capital allocation analyses (DCF/NPV).
