Job summary

Foliot Furniture, a leading multi-site manufacturer with locations in Saint-Jérôme, Las Vegas and Mirabel, seeks a Senior Director of FP&A and Business Partnership to lead planning, forecasting and performance analysis. This role partners with Operations, Sales and senior leadership to translate data into actionable insights that drive profitability.

Reporting to the CFO, you will build the FP&A function, optimize processes and develop a high-performing team in a dynamic manufacturing

Qualifications

• 15+ years of FP&A/operational finance or manufacturing finance
• 6–8 years in a leadership role (Director level or above)
• Experience transforming FP&A functions and implementing budgeting, forecasting, S&OP
• Multi-site manufacturing experience; board/reporting to lenders or financial partners

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes.
• Structure S&OP with Sales and Operations to align forecasts with backlog and production plans.
• Analyze margins by product, customer, market and plant; challenge costs with Operations.
• Partner with Sales and Operations to drive profitability and pricing strategies.
• Lead FP&A team development and ensure KPI integrity and dashboards.
