Veracity Ventures Inc. is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 4+ years in the financial services domain to deliver banking and financial software solutions.

The role involves requirements gathering, process analysis, and close collaboration with stakeholders to implement regulatory-compliant financial technology. You will document BRDs/FRDs, create user stories and use cases, and support UAT while working with agile and waterfall teams.

Formación

• 4+ years of Business Analyst experience in financial services or banking.
• Experience in elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Proficient with BRD/FRD, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Excel, and Visio; basic SQL for validation.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Canada-based work eligibility and strong stakeholder documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyze, and document requirements for financial/banking apps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, developers, QA, and PMs.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze financial workflows, processes, and system integrations.
• Support banking operations, payments, lending, cards, or reporting projects.
• Conduct gap, impact, and root-cause analyses.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and backlog refinement.
• Create process flows, workflow models, and functional specs.
• Coordinate UAT, validate test scenarios, support defects.
• Ensure requirements align with objectives, policies, and regs.
• Support data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting with Excel/SQL.
