Rittal Limited is seeking an experienced Director of Finance to lead accounting and financial operations. Drive accurate reporting, enforce internal controls, and support strategic decision-making with timely insights.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong knowledge of financial reporting, and the ability to manage day-to-day finance activities within a growing organization. Hybrid work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 7+ years progressive accounting and finance experience.
• 3+ years in a Controller or senior accounting leadership role.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, internal controls, and audits.
• Experience with SAP and finance automation initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Lead all accounting operations and month-end close processes.
• Oversee financial reporting, reconciliations, and controls.
• Coordinate tax filings and liaise with auditors.
• Develop policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Mentor and develop accounting and finance staff.
