Nordic Holdings Ltd. is seeking a Director of Finance to lead the modernization of accounting functions for improved metrics and performance. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on financial management, including bank reconciliations, monthly reporting, and inventory controls.

You will guide budgeting, cash flow, and investment priorities while coordinating with executives and shareholders. The position emphasizes team leadership, process improvement, and external banking relations

Qualifications

• CPA designation with a Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in accounting operations.
• Extensive experience with accounting systems, budgets, and internal controls.
• Knowledge of full-cycle bookkeeping.

Responsabilités

• Advise executives on financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, and investment priorities.
• Oversee finance and operations teams and promote high performance and continuous improvement.
• Upgrade policies, internal controls, and procedures; implement tools for financial info.
• Plan and coordinate the annual budget process and monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with local, provincial, federal, and reporting requirements.
• Maintain accurate financial records and perform bank reconciliations; prepare variance reporting.
• Track KPIs monthly and drive continuous improvement in processes and automation.
