General Mills Canada Corporation is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst for Market Strategy & Revenue Management in Mississauga, Ontario. You will partner with Sales and BU Finance to manage the Cereal unit's financial planning, pricing, and trade forecasting, delivering insights for revenue growth.

Qualifications

• A university degree in Finance or Business Administration.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in Finance, preferably in CPG.
• Superior analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to translate financial analysis into insights & actions.
• Strong track record of influencing cross-functional partners on business results.
• Operates autonomously with agility and a capacity to make the complex simple.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Previous commercial experience an asset

Responsabilités

• Ownership and accountability over accurate MSRM financial modelling, ensuring clarity of key assumptions.
• Works collaboratively across the S&OP process to align forecast and strategic decisions.
• Autonomously influence and align priorities with cereal business partners.
• Owns annual operating plan for MSRM initiatives and customer target setting for the Snack BU.
• Champions strong controls and conducts monthly MSRM Trade Reviews for forecast visibility.
