The role demands clarity on assumptions, and strong communication of strategy and forecast implications across teams in Canada.

You will own the monthly trade forecast, work with S&OP and MSRM leaders, and influence decision-makers to optimize trade investments while maintaining a robust control

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance or Business Administration.
• 3+ years of relevant finance experience (CPG preferred).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to translate financial analysis into insights and actions.
• Strong cross-functional influencing capability.

Responsibilities

• Own MSRM financial modelling and key assumptions.
• Collaborate with S&OP process to align forecast assumptions.
• Influence cereal business partners to meet MSRM objectives.
• Manage annual operating plan for MSRM initiatives and customer targets.
• Maintain strong controls and oversee monthly MSRM Trade Reviews.
