Job Purpose

Develop and maintain strategic external partnerships and networking opportunities helping to drive sales an d enabling Haleon to achieve its share growth and profit targets by growing HCP recommendations . Using a keen entrepreneurial spirit, you will work to create and establish unmatched value for both customers and patients . You will work in partnership with internal & external stakeholders (including retailers, associations , and HCPs) to co-create strategies with the goal of educating and increasing the awareness of our relevant condition states and the corresponding Haleon brands .

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a retail pharmacy engagement strategy with strategic retail partners

  • Design and implement pharmacist penetration strategies for all focused customers (retail)

  • Develop and execute account specific education programs for key focus brands to deliver against program needs

  • Coordinate and train retail sales coverage team on key initiatives to drive program excell e nce

  • Proactive identification and establishment of strategic working relationship s with Health care Professional related associations

  • Drive condition and product knowledge with students and practicing healthcare professionals on disease states in the therapeutic areas in which Haleon competes

  • Plan, coordinate and implement high impact programs in accordance with company policies and business plans

Qualifications Require d

  • Undergraduate University Degree – Scientific discipline an asset

  • 5+ years in pharmaceutical/OTC marketing and/or pharmaceutical sales experience

  • Proven results in networking, interacting and influencing key external stakeholders Eg : Retailers, Associations, HCPs

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills and a proven ability to effectively work on cross functional teams

  • Demonstrated experience and sound understanding of the Canadian retail environment

  • Proven experience in development of Expert targeted education programs

  • Strong demonstration of business acumen, learning agility and strategic thinking

  • Must possess a passionate, entrepreneurial approach with a proven track record to work across boundaries and develop / maintain proven relationships

  • Experience in presenting scientific subject matter to Health Care Professionals (HCPs)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual (English & French) an asset

  • MBA an asset
