Job summary

Akkodis is seeking an Event Project Manager to support planning, coordination, and execution of commercial marketing events across North America. You will coordinate executive briefings, customer events, conferences, roadshows, and webinars, acting as the central point for program delivery.

You will collaborate with marketing and sales to drive attendance, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure outcomes align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast paced environment.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships.
• Strong knowledge of event logistics, registration, attendee communications, and event operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed event project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Serve as the primary coordination point for commercial marketing events and programs.
• Partner with marketing strategists to align event objectives with business goals.
• Collaborate with sales teams to drive customer attendance and manage registrations.
• Manage event budgets, POs, invoices, and operational processes.
• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, venues, and service providers.
• Oversee attendee communications, registration management, and onsite execution.
• Track event performance metrics and provide post-event reporting.
