Job summary

Redstone Agency seeks an experienced Event Manager to lead large-scale in-person, hybrid, and virtual events from concept to completion. You will own client relationships, coordinate vendors, and drive post-event reporting to ensure impact and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, Communications, Not-for-Profit Management, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of full-scope event planning experience for complex, large-scale conferences and events.
• Experience with association management companies or agencies is a plus.
• Experience working with Boards of Directors and not-for-profit governance is a plus.
• Bilingual in English/French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Builds and manages client communications with confidence and strategic insight.
• Event Planning & Execution: Leads the full event cycle from concept to completion, including logistics and post-event reporting.
• Vendor & Partner Management: Negotiates and manages vendor partnerships, mitigating risks.
• Strategic Insight & Continuous Improvement: Analyzes outcomes to identify opportunities for growth.
• Process & Operational Excellence: Refines tools and workflows for consistency and efficiency.
• Team Mentorship & Development: Mentors junior planners and promotes knowledge sharing.
• Innovation & Problem Solving: Applies creative thinking to improve event delivery.
