Qualifications

• Post secondary diploma or degree in Business, Career Development, Sales Administration, or related field is highly preferred or an equivalent combination.
• Minimum two years’ experience in employer engagement, job development, or related roles is required.
• Proven sales, networking, and prospecting abilities to generate employment opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Employer engagement, job development, and business development responsibilities including outreach and partnerships.
• Plan and organize employer engagement activities such as hiring fairs and information sessions.
• Maintain communication with employers and deliver high-quality service to foster long-term partnerships.
• Identify labour market trends to inform job development and placement strategies.
• Meet ongoing targets related to job placements and employer engagement.
