Job summary

A growing municipality is seeking a Senior Economic Development Officer to oversee business advisory activities, manage investment pipelines, and foster relationships with stakeholders. The role requires a university degree in a relevant field, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and a minimum of seven years of experience in Economic Development. This is a permanent, full-time position, offering a competitive salary range of CA$109,013 to CA$127,530 per year, and aims at enhancing economic growth within the community.

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years related work experience in Economic Development.
• Experience with economic development designation from EDAC and/or IEDC is a plus.
• Ability to foster relationships with various stakeholders.
