Job summary

Konrad, a next-generation digital consultancy, seeks an Associate, Digital Project Coordinator to orchestrate cross-functional teams across client engagements from inception to delivery in Toronto. You will structure projects, define milestones, and oversee requirements gathering, resource planning, and execution.

You excel at organizing complex work, managing priorities, and maintaining momentum while ensuring quality.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating design and/or technical project work.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
• Ability to manage timelines, scope and budgets.
• Proven client communication and stakeholder management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project workflows across agile, fast-tracked deployments and multi-phase projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with milestones, resources, scope and budgets.
• Drive day-to-day operations across Design, Technology and Strategy teams.
• Coordinate internal and client-facing project meetings; capture and track action items.
• Identify project risks and work with leads to resolve bottlenecks.
• Support development of project deliverables for diverse client portfolios.
• Synthesize client feedback into actionable next steps.
• Facilitate workshops including discovery, design thinking and project planning.
