EMCO Corporation's Vernon HVAC team invites motivated individuals to join the Strategic Development Program, a full-time entry-level training track designed to build skills across operations, sales, purchasing, shipping, and account management. Trainees progress through five phases and gain hands-on experience while mentors guide their growth.

Responsibilities

• Engage in a five-phase Strategic Development Program spanning operations, sales, purchasing, shipping and account management.
• Assist and coordinate with sales and project teams to support customer orders and projects.
• Develop HVAC product knowledge and warehouse leadership skills during Phase 1.
• Advance through phases to Inside/Outside sales and project management responsibilities.
• Position placement at program end to fit career interests and business needs.

Job Description

Strategic Development Program Phases:

As a Strategic Development Program Trainee, you will progress through a five phased program learning every aspect of our business from operations, to sales, purchasing, shipping and receiving, account management and everything in between.

Phase 1 – Warehouse Logistics – Develop HVAC Product knowledge and warehouse leadership skills. Assist the sales team in coordinating projects, shipments, and receiving inventory.

Phase 2 – Operations – Get involved in our customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory and pricing controls, credit management, financial statements, and more.

Phase 3 – Inside Sales/Project Management – Build powerful relationships with our contractors and coordinate large-scale projects.

Phase 4 – Outside Sales/Account Management – Learn how to find new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and build new customer relationships.

Phase 5 – Placement – In this phase, you can take all your training and determine your ideal career path.

Salary Range: $45,000-$50,000, + Profit Sharing + Benefits + RRSP Vested Matching.
