EMCO Corporation in Kelowna invites you to join the Strategic Development Program, a full-time entry-level training path designed to launch your career in HVAC and related fields. You will rotate through operations, sales, account management and more, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship.

You will learn through five phases, from warehouse logistics to outside sales and placement, with access to great mentors, competitive pay, benefits and opportunities to advance within EMCO HVAC.

Job Description

Strategic Development Program Phases:

As a Strategic Development Program Trainee, you will progress through a five phased program learning every aspect of our business from operations, to sales, purchasing, shipping and receiving, account management and everything in between.

Phase 1 – Warehouse Logistics – Develop HVAC Product knowledge and warehouse leadership skills. Assist the sales team in coordinating projects, shipments, and receiving inventory.

Phase 2 – Operations – Get involved in our customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory and pricing controls, credit management, financial statements, and more.

Phase 3 – Inside Sales/Project Management – Build powerful relationships with our contractors and coordinate large-scale projects.

Phase 4 – Outside Sales/Account Management – Learn how to find new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and build new customer relationships.

Phase 5 – Placement – In this phase, you can take all your training and determine your ideal career path.

Salary Range: $42,500-$47,500 + Profit Sharing + Benefits + RRSP Vested Matching
