Job Description

As a Strategic Development Program Trainee, you will participate in a structured 5-phase program designed to give you comprehensive exposure to our business operations, including shipping, receiving, sales, operations, purchasing, and account management.

Additional duties will include:

Phase 1 - Warehouse Logistics

  • Learn about our product lines, supply chain processes from vendors to customers, and sales support functions.

Phase 2 - Operations

  • Engage in customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory and pricing controls, credit management, and financial statements.

Phase 3 - Inside Sales / Project Management

  • Assist customers with product and service issues and manage large-scale projects.

Phase 4 - Outside Sales / Account Management

  • Identify new business opportunities, sell products, negotiate contracts, and develop relationships with customers and vendors.

Phase 5 - Career Path Development

  • Utilize your training to determine your ideal career trajectory within the company.

Qualifications

  • College and/or university degree
