Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Strategic Development Program Trainee to join our dynamic team in Guelph, Canada. This comprehensive program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various aspects of our business, from logistics and operations to sales and account management.

• Progress through a structured 5-phase program, learning every facet of our business operations
• Gain practical experience in warehouse logistics, understanding product flow from vendor to customer
• Engage in operations tasks, including customer service, order management, and financial processes
• Develop skills in inside sales and project management, handling customer inquiries and large-scale projects
• Learn outside sales techniques, including prospecting, contract negotiation, and relationship building
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand interdepartmental dynamics
• Analyze business processes and contribute innovative ideas for improvement
• Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute to long-term business development initiatives
• Adapt to various roles and responsibilities throughout the program phases
• Prepare and deliver presentations on project outcomes and learning experiences
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field

Additional Information

Salary Range - $38,000 - $40,000
