Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Strategic Development Program Trainee to join our dynamic team in Guelph, Canada. This comprehensive program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various aspects of our business, from logistics and operations to sales and account management.
- Progress through a structured 5-phase program, learning every facet of our business operations
- Gain practical experience in warehouse logistics, understanding product flow from vendor to customer
- Engage in operations tasks, including customer service, order management, and financial processes
- Develop skills in inside sales and project management, handling customer inquiries and large-scale projects
- Learn outside sales techniques, including prospecting, contract negotiation, and relationship building
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand interdepartmental dynamics
- Analyze business processes and contribute innovative ideas for improvement
- Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute to long-term business development initiatives
- Adapt to various roles and responsibilities throughout the program phases
- Prepare and deliver presentations on project outcomes and learning experiences
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Salary Range - $38,000 - $40,000
