Job summary

Infosys Public Services is seeking a Data Governance SME to provide strategic guidance on governance, data quality, and access across Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments. The role interfaces with stakeholders and supports policy, standards, and controls to ensure trusted data for reporting and decision-making.

The candidate will bring at least five years in data governance advisory roles, experience with enterprise platforms, and strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience in lieu of education.
• At least 4 years IT experience with data governance, quality, and access.
• Eligible to work in Canada without employer sponsorship; relocation may be required for Ottawa area.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance on data governance, quality, access, and visibility.
• Advise on governance frameworks, policies, standards, controls, and best practices.
• Support data governance initiatives across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and BI environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define ownership, stewardship, and processes.
• Assist with reporting, analytics, and information governance for operational decisions.
