Job summary

Torex Gold Resources Inc is seeking a Corporate Controller to lead technical accounting and external financial reporting. You will own quarterly and annual disclosures, coordinate MD&A, and guide accounting governance within a lean finance team.

The role requires hands-on IFRS expertise, strong liaison with external auditors, and leadership across subsidiaries. Experience with mining assets and US listing readiness is highly valued.

Qualifications

• CPA/CA designation is required.
• 7+ years in financial reporting and accounting for public companies.
• Mining experience and US listing readiness are assets.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and audit coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly and annual external financial reporting under regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate MD&A and financial disclosures with senior leadership.
• Serve as primary liaison with external auditors and manage audit execution.
• Develop policy guidance and technical accounting memos as needed.
• Support US listing readiness and potential M&A activity.
