Job summary

Bell is seeking a Contract Security Coordinator to guide security requirements for federal government contracts. You will lead and support across contract lifecycles, interpreting CSP pillars and driving compliance through workshops and documentation.

Based in Canada with a hybrid work setup, you will collaborate with sales, procurement and support teams, influence stakeholders, and prepare management-ready presentations to advance secure, compliant deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent; MBA preferred.
• 3+ years of experience as CSO/ASCO.
• Reliability and Secret level security clearances.
• Understanding Government of Canada CSP pillars: personnel screening, facility protection, handling and safeguarding information and assets, IT security, subcontractors, international security, and contract management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to upper management.
• Strong leadership and ability to navigate complexity and influence stakeholders.
• Strong process development, mapping, and documentation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide security requirements guidance and support for federal contracts throughout lifecycle.
• Lead workshops to interpret requirements, implement compliance, and provide ongoing support.
• Partner with departments to ensure security protocols have been implemented and maintained.
• Share expertise on CSP pillars to drive department development and processes.
• Prepare internal process documentation and presentations for upper management.
