Job summary

Toronto Custom Concepts is seeking a procurement professional to work with suppliers, contractors and the internal team to source materials for residential and commercial projects. You will capture requirements, set optimal quantities, and generate accurate purchase orders to keep projects on schedule.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in construction procurement, experience with Salesforce and BuilderTrend, and strong communication skills to collaborate with vendors, designers, and clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in construction procurement, capturing material requirements.
• Experience with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Accurate purchase orders and estimates across project scope.
• Timely quotes/estimates from vendors.
• Source products/services for prospects as needed.
• Familiar with Salesforce automation tools and BuilderTrend.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to source discounted pricing.
• Capture product requirements for residential and commercial projects.
• Determine buying quantities and pricing to maximize profitability.
• Prepare accurate POs and project estimates.
• Maintain vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with internal sales team and clients.
