Qualifications

• Você está cursando bacharelado em Comunicações, Jornalismo, Relações Públicas, Inglês, design gráfico ou áreas correlatas.
• Você demonstra excelente proficiência de escrita, trazendo clareza e criatividade a todas as formas de comunicação.
• Você possui experiência ou conhecimento em redação no estilo jornalístico, redes sociais e storytelling digital.
• Você está familiarizado com Adobe Express ou Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Favorável: paixão pela comunicação criativa e competências em produção/edição de vídeo.

Responsibilities

• Desenvolver e gerenciar conteúdos envolventes para a web e redes sociais (LinkedIn, rochecanada.com e blog Stories).
• Criar conteúdos personalizados para públicos internos e externos sobre temas prioritários.
• Explorar novas plataformas para melhorar o engajamento dos colaboradores e manter escrita de alta qualidade.
• Conduzir e implementar estratégias digitais, incluindo apresentações dinâmicas, ferramentas digitais como sites, G-sites e podcasts.
• Contribuir para o engajamento dos colaboradores ao planejar e facilitar eventos sociais.
• Garantir implementação eficiente de processos e estruturas de conformidade.

By igniting a passion for Roche Canada among various audiences and sharing impactful stories, the Communications team plays a crucial role in enhancing the corporate reputation and ultimately improving outcomes for patients and healthcare systems. **The opportunity:*** Develop and manage engaging content for the web and social media channels, including LinkedIn, rochecanada.com, and our ‘Stories’ blog, applying social media best practices.* Create tailored content for internal and external audiences on priority topics.* Explore and implement new platforms to improve employee engagement and maintain strong writing skills.* Independently develop and implement digital strategies, including dynamic presentations and digital tools like websites, G-sites, and podcasts.* Contribute to employee engagement by planning and facilitating social events across the organization.* Ensure sustainable and efficient implementation of processes and compliance frameworks. **Who you are:*** You are currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, English, graphic design or closely related fields.* Demonstrate outstanding writing proficiency, bringing creativity and clarity to all forms of communication.* You have experience or knowledge with news style story writing, social media and digital storytelling.* You are familiar with Adobe Express or Adobe Creative Cloud. **Preferred**:* A passion for creative communication, whether through blog writing, social media creation, or digital storytelling.* Technical savvy in video production and editing, helping us bring a fresh, visual perspective to our projects is a plus. **Additional Information:*** **Duration:** This position is a 6 to 12 month internship.* **Work term:** Full-time (35 hours per week) and will begin in January 2027.* **Location:** This internship position is located in Mississauga, ON.* Our team follows a hybrid work structure (majority of time in the office).**Relocation benefits are not available for this job posting.**The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Mississauga is 57 416,00 and 75 358,50 of hiring range. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors as determined by the company.
