Job summary

An advanced degree in life sciences and/or MBA is an asset, but not required. Education in political science, health policy, and communications. Relevant experience in life sciences or health care and the government sector is an asset.* A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in influencing health system, market access, and policy shaping* Experience in stakeholder management* Experience in leading and contributing to high performing cross functional teams is required. Cross functional leadership experience in both formulating cross-functional strategies and orchestrating cross-functional teams is desirable.* Systems thinking and deep listener with an ability to build cohesive strategy plans to drive stakeholder engagement and policy shifts* Strong communication skills - ability to communicate with impact and influence at all levels internally and externally; empathetic communicator* Ability to travel depending on the business need. May vary from limited travel to up to 40% (across the western provinces and/or to head office)This position is not eligible for relocation support.The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Mississauga is 136,936.00 and 179,728.50 of hiring range. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors as determined by the company.
